FastToolAI may continue to update its services based on technical development, user needs, and product planning. The actual features, supported formats, processing limits, and service status are subject to what is shown on the website.

If you use FastToolAI on behalf of a company, school, institution, or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on behalf of that organization.

FastToolAI is not designed specifically for children. Users who have not reached the legal age required in their location should use the platform with the consent and guidance of a guardian.

Currently, all FastToolAI online tools can be used without registering an account. Users may access the website and use currently available online tools without creating an account. Some services are currently provided free of charge.

If paid services are introduced in the future, we will clearly display the service content, usage rules, pricing, and billing method on the relevant pages. Unless expressly stated on a page, FastToolAI does not promise that any service will remain free, unlimited, or unchanged forever.

Files uploaded or processed by users, including documents, images, videos, audio, and other digital content, remain owned by the user or the original rights holder.

Using FastToolAI does not transfer ownership of user files to FastToolAI.

Users must ensure that they have lawful rights to the uploaded content, have obtained any necessary authorization, and use the results in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

FastToolAI uses different processing methods for different features.

Some features use local browser processing technology. For these features, files are mainly processed on the user's device, original files are usually not uploaded to FastToolAI servers, and FastToolAI generally cannot read the specific file content.

Local processing results may be affected by device performance, browser version, available memory, file size, and file complexity.

Some features may require server-side processing, such as complex tasks that cannot be completed in the browser, specific format conversions, or features that are clearly described on the page as requiring server processing.

For server-side processing tasks, FastToolAI processes related files only to complete the user’s active request. Processing may include receiving submitted files, performing the selected task, generating results, and providing downloads.

FastToolAI will not sell user files, make user files public, use user files for advertising purposes, or use user files to train general-purpose artificial intelligence models.

Video and audio processing usually requires more device resources. Processing may be affected by CPU performance, GPU capability, memory size, browser environment, and file encoding format.

Users may experience longer processing time, slower browser response, device heating, increased battery usage, or files that cannot be processed.

Different devices and environments may produce different processing speeds and results.

For larger files, especially video and audio files, processing may be affected by browser limits, device performance, available memory, and file complexity.

FastToolAI may set file size limits, processing count limits, and resource usage limits to maintain service stability.

Users understand and accept that some large files may not be processed successfully in certain device environments.

Users must not use FastToolAI to upload illegal content, infringe others’ copyrights, violate privacy, process unauthorized personal information, upload trade secrets or confidential materials, create fraudulent materials, create malware, or attack or damage the platform.

Users must not use FastToolAI to create or distribute non-consensual intimate images, unauthorized deepfake content, impersonation materials, or other content that infringes others’ lawful rights.

Users are fully responsible for their own files and use of the platform.

Videos, images, and audio files uploaded by users may contain music, film or television content, portraits, trademarks, subtitles, or other protected content.

FastToolAI provides technical processing tools and does not grant users any rights to use such content.

Users are responsible for confirming whether they have permission to process, publish, or commercially use the content.

FastToolAI is not a cloud storage service, file backup service, or long-term file hosting platform.

Users should keep original files before processing and download results promptly after processing is complete.

FastToolAI does not guarantee recovery of files after a page is closed, permanent storage of temporary files, or data recovery caused by browser or device issues.

FastToolAI makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate processing results. However, differences in file structure, file quality, encoding, and software environment may cause output differences.

Video processing may affect file size, resolution, encoding, audio tracks, and metadata. Image processing may affect clarity, file size, and image format. PDF processing may affect layout, fonts, and file structure.

For important files such as contracts, legal documents, and formal application materials, users should check the processing results themselves.

FastToolAI may provide artificial intelligence related features in the future, including OCR text recognition, image analysis, intelligent processing, and content-assisted generation.

After such features are launched, they will be explained according to the actual service provided. Users must ensure that submitted content complies with applicable legal requirements.

FastToolAI’s brand, logo, website design, page content, software code, and product structure are protected by applicable laws.

Without authorization, users must not copy the overall platform design, imitate FastToolAI services, extract or copy source code, or commercially copy platform content.

The rights in files uploaded by users are not affected.

FastToolAI may use open-source software, browser technologies, cloud services, security services, and analytics services.

Some third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. FastToolAI is not responsible for controlling third-party services.

FastToolAI may modify, suspend, or terminate parts of the services based on technical upgrades, product adjustments, legal requirements, or security needs.

Service adjustments may include adding features, removing features, adjusting limits, or changing processing methods.

FastToolAI provides services on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee that all files can be processed successfully, all formats will be supported permanently, all devices will be fully compatible, or output results will meet all specific purposes.

Users should independently confirm whether processing results meet their needs.

To the extent permitted by law, FastToolAI is not liable for losses caused by file loss, data damage, browser failure, network issues, device issues, users failing to save files, or users using files unlawfully.

Liabilities that cannot be limited by law are excluded from this limitation.

If a user violates these Terms, abuses the services, threatens platform security, or infringes others’ rights, FastToolAI may restrict or terminate the related services.

FastToolAI may update these Terms based on service changes, technical upgrades, and legal requirements.

The updated version will be posted on this page. Continuing to use FastToolAI means that you accept the updated Terms.

Unless mandatory applicable law provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of mainland China.

If a dispute arises, both parties should first try to resolve it through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute will be handled according to applicable law.
